Bookkeeping Etc is a bookkeeping and management accounting practice, established in 2006 and marking 20 years in business in 2026. Based in Wandsworth, South West London, we work with micro businesses, sole traders, freelancers, GP practices and private landlords across the UK, helping each client stay HMRC compliant and in control of their numbers.
Our team holds CIMA or CPA qualifications, or are degree qualified and work exclusively on Xero, so every set of accounts is handled by a qualified professional rather than a basic data-entry clerk. From day-to-day bookkeeping through to management accounts, VAT returns and Making Tax Digital compliance, we offer both fixed-fee and hourly pricing, so you always know what you’re paying for.
We are an independent practice and our Principal is actively involved with all clients. Our goal is to develop long lasting relationships with our clients based on trust, integrity and professional service.

Yes, we only work online. Clients send us their accounting records either in paper format or electronically, by email or via a shared mailbox. Conversations are by phone, email, Zoom, Skype, etc.
A micro business has any 2 of the following: a turnover of £1 million or less; £500,000 or less on its balance sheet; 10 employees or less.
